Milk art

Great news from this year's Art Farm exhibition, which opens this weekend in Devon. A man who works as a hygiene inspector for the local council is planning a special art display. He'll be exhibiting milk as it rots. More than a thousand gallons of the stuff. He's had a grant from the Arts Council to buy the milk, and members of the public will be able to watch it turn slowly from a tank full of wholesome goodness into a toxic, hazardous substance.
